Henry Tapp
I’ve struggled with my mental health for large parts of my adult life, originating around the time I went to University.
I could write a book on the symptoms, triggers, remedies and everything in-between .
Sadly, it’s not a case of just ‘pulling yourself together’ or ‘getting a grip’ – the mental health issues faced by people are very real and can be debilitating.
While the gremlins appear every now and then, I’m in a pretty good place these days thanks to a number of things, running being one.
I’m very proud to be raising money for Suffolk Mind as I have seen first-hand the difference to people’s lives that the charity makes.
Jumping out of a plane and running a half-marathon are the least I could do to help others who suffer with this affliction.
Thanks to everyone who donates, no matter how small the amount – it’s deeply appreciated.
£250 raised and counting
Keep up the momentum and let’s see how much more we can raise.
