As it is Mental Health Day we have decided to sign up for this challenge and raise a little money for Suffolk Mind. Everyones Mental Health has been impacted at some point, especially over the last two years due to Covid, whether it be from having Covid, being seperated from loved ones, home schooling, employment changes and anxiety due to lockdowns. Exercise is a great way to feel better, the more we can all get out the better! I know walking Louis has been a saving grace for me some days! Just being able to get out to walk him and give me some headspace! Taking up swimming, and run ing has given me time to concentrate on me and my own goals, it really is true what they say about exercise… it does make you feel better!
