There has been more awareness around poor mental health in recent years, especially since the pandemic. Even though there is increased need for services, those are lacking, and as a community we rely on charities, such as Suffolk Mind, more and more to help offer support and provide much-needed services.
I am a mental health first aider, and encourage each and every one of you to increase your own awareness of poor mental health – it may just save a life.
I decided to take part in this event to help raise funds for Suffolk Mind and to create more awareness of poor mental health and to support them providing the vital services they offer.
Thank you for your support.
