Overview

Our 2.5 hour session, Family Wellbeing Workshop, aims to introduce you, together with your children, to the Emotional Needs & Resources approach, what to look out for (knowledge), and what to do next (practical skills).

We are running these sessions in person through Family Hubs across Suffolk. We are very grateful to Axter Ltd for funding these sessions throughout, meaning they are free to all families.
