What to wear

This year, the dress code is smart casual. Please note that although the event is in summer, British weather likes to keep us on our toes!

There will become activities outdoors but the dining tables and dancefloor are sheltered within the main area.

The terrace will be open the whole night so you can venture in and out as you please.

How to get there

The address is: Fynn Valley, Witnesham, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP6 9JA.

There is free parking onsite. Cars can be left overnight, provided they are collected by midday, the day after the event.

Overnight stays are available from Fynn Valley.

Fundraising activities

Throughout the evening there will be various raffles and prize-winning opportunities, along with an auction. Our team will have chip and pin machines available, but you might also like to bring some cash (for opportunities such as Heads or Tails, the chance to win a bottle of prosecco!).

While part of your ticket price has already contributed to our vital fundraising, we do hope you will engage in these activities to help us raise as much as possible on the night, to support mental health services in our county.

£25 donated through raffle and games for example, could fund our phone lines for 1 hour.

£50 donated could fully fund a counselling session.

The more you play, the greater your chance to win one of many amazing prizes. We have a fabulous line up of prizes available, thanks to the generosity of local donors, including a luxury Fred Olsen Cruise!
