Starting on the 1st of January 2022 will be walking a mile a day around various locations in Suffolk and will then move to paddling 1 mile a day on various rivers from the 1st March or when weather permits .
I am taking on this challenge for the purpose of promoting positive mental health in beautiful Suffolk .
So I will be doing exactly that …
The 100 miles for Suffolk Mind in 100 days.
