I will be running from tesco stowmarket to languard point felixstowe. I will do this by going through ipswich to walderingfield then on to the ferryboat in and then down the sea front to languard point.
I am doing this because i suffer from differrant forms of mental health issues and i know how important mind is and the work that is done by suffolk mind
