Really excited (and very nervous) to say that on Sat 1 October I will be doing a sky-dive!!! 

UPDATE: DONE IT, SURVIVED IT, LOVED IT!!!

Never done one before.  It is all in a great cause – for Suffolk Mind, the local charity partner for the Ipswich office of WTW.

As the chair of the Ipswich Community Forum, I have been working with Suffolk Mind closely over the last 3 years, and it is great to be able to join them in this final fundraising activity as our partnership draws to a close.

Suffolk Mind aim to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health.
