Anyone that knows me will know I have never been much of a runner or into fitness at all however over the past year or so it has become something that I now really enjoy. I started off barely being able to do 5km and built the distance from there, each run I feel a great sense of accomplishment whether that be 5km, 10km or 15km and I’m really looking forward to completing the Ipswich Half Marathon for Mind Suffolk in September.
In an attempt of raising awareness and money in aid of Mind Suffolk I thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that continues to do great work for anyone struggling with their mental health.
