I have always found that exercising helps reduce anxiety and improves my mood. This year has been really tough for everyone and it is really important we continue to focus on our mental health and look out for our friends, family and work colleagues. Suffolk Mind is a charity that has been close to my heart since my father passed away in 2013 and I would like to raise money for them whilst achieving a personal goal that will also help with my physical and mental wellbeing.
