I am going to be doing a sky dive for my 23rd birthday to raise money for Suffolk Mind. After losing my Dad to suicide when I was 17. I, myself, have suffered with mental health and understand how it can affect you. I have chosen Suffolk Mind as they are a local charity and I would like to help give the support needed and to lower the suicide statistics. Thank you , Fern
