Having recently secured a placement with Suffolk Mind I have seen first hand the importance of people being able to access their services.

The team work so hard to help as many people as possible and the difference it can make for individuals knowing that help is available.

I have signed up to the 100 miles in March as this is a much needed service to people who are struggling 

Any donation will be gratefully received no matter how small
