i’ve chosen to raise money for suffolk minds because it’s all to do with mental health.
if you know me you may know for the past 6years i’ve been battling my mental health, everyday is challenge and sometimes it can affect my day to day life.
i’ve gone through some of the worst times and turnt to some of the worst things to get me through it. if you told 14 year old me i was making it to my 18th birthday i wouldn’t of believed you, i had lost all hope. despite it all and despite everything i’ve gone through here i am still living everyday and smiling everyday.
