🎨🌈 I’m Taking on the Colour Rush for Suffolk Mind! 🌈🎨
This October, I’m taking part in the Suffolk Mind Colour Rush – a 3K run that might not sound like much to some, but for me it’s huge. Why? Because I’m doing it with only one lung.
Since my surgery, one of the hardest battles hasn’t just been physical – it’s been the mental toll that comes with such a major life change. I’ve struggled with anxiety, and every step forward feels like climbing a mountain. But that’s exactly why this challenge matters to me.
I’m running to raise awareness and support for Suffolk Mind, a brilliant local mental health charity working tirelessly to help people understand, manage, and care for their mental health. Their mission is to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about mental health and that’s something I believe in deeply.
So, I’m lacing up, putting on my white T-shirt, and getting covered in colour to celebrate resilience, raise awareness, and support a cause close to my heart.
If you can, please support me, whether that’s through donating, or sharing this story. Every little bit helps, and together we can make a real difference.
£20 raised and counting
Keep up the momentum and let’s see how much more we can raise.
