Stress is a natural reaction to challenging life experiences and everybody may experience stress from time-to-time. However, exposure to stress over a sustained period of time can, if not addressed, result in damage to our mental and physical health.
Our course helps raise awareness of stress and the impact this can have on our lives, and also provide you with practical tools and techniques to manage it effectively.
Course delegates gain knowledge of:
- Practical tools and techniques which better equip you to cope with stress.
- Increase awareness of stress and the impact it can have on your daily life.
- Help to prevent situations which may lead to poor mental and physical health.
How is this course delivered?
This half day course can be delivered interactively over Zoom for 12 delegates or in a face-to-face setting for 16 delegates.
I greatly valued the Workplace Wellbeing training delivered by Suffolk Mind. I would recommend it to any organisation that is serious about valuing their employees.
