Important notice regarding COVID-19
Due to recent developments in regards to COVID-19, we will be closing our Heritage and Wellbeing Centre, Quay Place in Ipswich and our office in Bury St Edmunds for public drop-in. Quay Place is due to reopen on Monday 30th March, and Bury St Edmunds is due to reopen on Wednesday 1st April, however this will be monitored on an ongoing basis. Support Groups including Sporting Memories, Get Me Out The Four Walls, the Colouring & Games group, the Craft Group and the Art Group will be cancelled in this time.
However, Suffolk Mind services such as Healthy Minds Counselling, Waves, the Eating Recovery Group, Evolve Trans and Suffolk Work Well which operate from either building will continue to run at this present time.
We are taking these extra precautions in order to minimise risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus, with particular concern for the vulnerable people that we come into contact with every day. Please keep an eye out on our Facebook page and website for any updates.

Phoneline opening times
Our phones are manned most weekdays (except for bank holidays) between 9.00am and 3.30pm. While we try to answer all calls during office hours, we do rely on volunteers as well as staff, therefore at times you may get our answerphone (due to high levels of calls or staff shortages). When this happens, please do leave us a message and we aim to contact you on the next working day.
