  • Apply the Emotional Needs & Resources approach to understand emotional wellbeing and how unmet needs lead to stress
  • Master clear, compassionate communication skills for supporting colleagues through distress
  • Learn techniques to stay calm under pressure and ‘take the heat out’ of difficult conversations
  • Use and practise the RIGAAR framework to structure support and drive sustained behaviour change with goals and strategies
  • Learning is reinforced with practical case study work

Alternatively, arrange a private session exclusively for your team, either face-to-face or online.

Use our buddy-up system. If you have a small team and want to share training costs, let us know. We’ll pair you up with another organisation to train together. This is both cost effective and can really enrich the training experience.
