- Apply the Emotional Needs & Resources approach to understand emotional wellbeing and how unmet needs lead to stress
- Master clear, compassionate communication skills for supporting colleagues through distress
- Learn techniques to stay calm under pressure and ‘take the heat out’ of difficult conversations
- Use and practise the RIGAAR framework to structure support and drive sustained behaviour change with goals and strategies
- Learning is reinforced with practical case study work
