We will be trekking Iceland in a 5 day adventure in the freezing November temperatures to raise vital funds for Suffolk Mind. Our target is £8,000 as this could fund the Suffolk Mind helpline for 320 hours. For context, in November 2024 the helpline answered 2,705 calls (nearly 17 callers per hour), meaning this could support approximately 5,440 people in Suffolk requiring urgent mental health support.
