Ways to give
Did you know that more than one person every week takes their life in Suffolk?
You can help us change this in Suffolk. Start your monthly charity donation today.

Regular Giving
Regular gifts, by direct debit, give us predicable income so we can commit to helping more people in Suffolk. We help more than 30,000 people a year, but we want to support everyone in our county.
We are an independent charity that does not receive direct funds from national Mind. Instead, we need to raise our own money to develop services, education, advice, and support for people in Suffolk.

Leaving a legacy
Gifts in wills
We need to be there for every person who is struggling with their mental health, from children, to people in work, to those who are retiring, to help to prevent them from reaching crisis point. We want to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health and you can help us to make this happen. Just 1% of your legacy could help us support people living in Suffolk through our services.

Corporate support
By making Suffolk Mind your Charity of the Year and by corporate fundraising for us you will help us support more people in your community.
Every £1 raised for Suffolk Mind stays in Suffolk to support local people.

Free ways to give
There are plenty of free ways to give to Suffolk Mind, such as giving your time, shopping with us at our shops, or recycling your old printer ink cartridges to help us raise funds.

Donate to our charity shops
Suffolk Mind receive 30% of all profits from certain shops across Suffolk. Your donations directly support our charity – so you know you’re doing good while clearing some clutter.
Our shops are in Woodbridge, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury.

Philanthropy and large gifts
Larger gifts help us to plan longer-term and can secure the future of key projects. Our fundraising team are ready to share special projects and programmes from around the county that you can be involved in.
We see each individual partnership as unique and so will take the time to discuss with you an area of work that meets your interests.
