I’m jumping out of a plane – and dragging my daughter with me – to support Suffolk Mind!
On 14th June, I’ll be taking on a charity skydive to raise funds for Suffolk Mind – an incredible local charity that’s very close to my heart.
Mental health affects all of us at some point in our lives – whether through our own experiences or those of people we care about. Like so many, I’ve seen just how important the right support can be, and that’s why I’m doing something totally out of my comfort zone to give something back. (those of you that know me will be well aware I like to keep my feet on the ground).
This cause is especially meaningful to me because my son works for Suffolk Mind, and I’ve seen the difference they make every single day. I believe so strongly in what they do, I’ve even managed to rope my daughter into jumping with me – so it’s truly a family effort!
I am aiming to raise at least £350, and every donation – no matter how small – will help Suffolk Mind continue to support the mental health and wellbeing of people across our community.
If you can spare a few pounds to sponsor me on an adventure that is already making me feel dizzy – (and give us a bit of courage!), we’d be so grateful.
Thank you for your support – let’s keep talking about mental health, and making a difference where we can. 💜
£315 raised and counting
Keep up the momentum and let’s see how much more we can raise.
