Jumping out of a perfectly good airplane might seem like madness to some, but for me, it’s a challenge worth taking especially when it’s for an incredible cause like Suffolk Mind.

Mental health affects us all, and supporting a charity that provides vital services across our community makes the adrenaline rush even more worthwhile.

Just like skydiving, mental health can be unpredictable. Some days feel like soaring through clear skies, while others feel like plummeting through storm clouds. The key is having the right support system, like a parachute, to help guide you safely back to solid ground.

Suffolk Mind works tirelessly to ensure that people have that support, whether it’s through counseling, workshops, or simply providing a listening ear. By taking on this challenge, I hope to raise awareness and funds to help them continue their amazing work.

So, as I take that leap from around 13,000 feet, I won’t just be thinking about the rush—I’ll be thinking about the difference we can all make together.

If you’d like to support me (or just see if I scream on the way down), please consider donating. Every penny goes towards helping mental health services in our community.

Let’s make a difference—one giant leap at a time!
