I made the silly decision to commit to running the Ipswich Half if I raised £2,500 when I ran Mental Elf last year.

Lots of nasty people sponsored me, so now I have to do it, I suppose.

To make it more tolerable, please sponsor me, as much or as little as you can afford.

Just a fiver will do to motivate me to do the stupid run, but if you can afford more, it goes to a great cause. A tenner pays for us to pick up the phone for someone in need. £50 pays for a counselling session that could literally save someone’s life.
