Richard Brame
As the current President of the Ipswich, Suffolk and North Essex CII, I was allowed to chose a charity to promote and raise funds for through my presidential year. I chose Suffolk Mind. I have seen first hand the real issues associated to poor mental health and the help and support that Suffolk Mind can bring.
At the age of nearly 53 I find myself somewhat unfit and busier than ever. The RED campaign will be a significant personal challenge for me. However this will undoubtedly help me mentally and physically and if I can raise money for Suffolk Mind at the same time then this will be a real bonus.
A fabulous cause Richard, good luck 🙂
