Open Sleep Well Sessions
As part of the Suffolk Says Take Notice campaign, we are hosting two, free Sleep Well Workshops to enable you an hour and a half to take notice of your sleeping habits. They will be held on:
- Monday 9th November, 10.30am – 12pm
- Wednesday 11th November, 3pm – 4.30pm
Sleep is as important to our health as eating, drinking and breathing. Insomnia and poor quality sleep are linked to physical ill health as well as mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.
This virtual, interactive workshop helps to raise awareness of the importance of sleeping well and the impact that this can have on our daily life and is based on knowledge of up to date sleep research.
This course is live and interactive, facilitated by one of our qualified Emotional Needs trainers and content includes:
- Good sleep vs. bad sleep habits
- The role of dream sleep
- How to reduce worrying
- How to wake up refreshed and ready to go
