Keeping Calm, Mindful Breathing open sessions


On Thursday 10th September 2020 to mark World Suicide Prevention Day we are hosting two online Keeping Calm, Mindful Breathing courses. These sessions will teach you a powerful and practical breathing exercise, which increases awareness of, and works with, the mind-body system to lower stress.

The one hour zoom sessions will be held at 1pm and 3pm with our Head of Mental Health Education, Ezra Hewing.
