Make Time to Talk on 1 February
Suffolk Mind, is supporting the national Time to Talk Day (1 February) at Quay Place, Ipswich, with free activities and access to information about services in the county.
One in four of us will experience a mental health problem in any given year and 9 in 10 say they have faced negative treatment from others as a result. Too many people with mental health problems are made to feel isolated, worthless and ashamed. Time to Talk Day, on Thursday 1st February, is a chance to talk, listen and change lives.
