Suffolk Mind shortlisted for national award

Independent mental health charity, Suffolk Mind has been shortlisted for the coveted Investors in People Award 2021. The shortlisted category highlights the amazing work they have done in supporting people in a third sector organisation following what has been a record-breaking year for entries.

The Investors in People Awards celebrate the very best organisations and individuals from around the world across various organisational, people, wellbeing and leadership categories.

Suffolk Mind is an accredited Investors in People organisation which means that the principles and practices around supporting people are in place and everyone understands how to use them to make work better.

Jon Neal, CEO of Suffolk Mind said: “We’re really pleased to have been shortlisted for this award. Our team at Suffolk Mind works hard to support the people of Suffolk and each other  making it a fantastic place to work. We ensure we practice what we preach supporting the wellbeing of our staff and volunteers so they feel a sense of meaning and purpose and achievement in their work.”

The winners will be announced at an online ceremony on the 23rd November 2021.
