Looking for a new challenge? Why not take part in a walk through the beautiful Suffolk countryside to feel the benefit of exercise on your overall wellbeing and raise money for Suffolk Mind at the same time?

You can get involved in any walk, any where, any time to raise money for Suffolk Mind.

The Stour Valley Path

If you’re stuck for ideas for where to walk, why not challenge yourself along the Stour Valley Path. It’s a 60 mile route following the valley sides of the River Stour and 2019 is its 25th anniversary. For more details visit their website by clicking here

Councillor James Finch, who is the Chairman of Suffolk County Council will be taking part in 10 walks along The Stour Valley Path from Newmarket to Cattawade for Suffolk Mind. James has chosen Suffolk Mind as his Charity of the Year for 2019/2020.

You can join James on any of his walks throughout 2019:

If you don’t feel like completing the walk yourself, you can sponsor James here.
