Support for your organisation

How great would it be if your workplace was one of the best in the world for taking care of mental wellbeing? We appreciate that it is difficult to do this at the present time, and we want to help organisations to be able to help employees manage their wellbeing as best they can.

COVID-19 wellbeing: view our online resources here

We are now booking face-to-face training sessions where Government guidelines can be adhered to. We have also developed new virtual training sessions: Meeting Emotional Needs in Practice, Keeping Calm – Mindful Breathing, Sleep Well, Work Well and Your Needs Met. If you would like to discuss our training with someone, please contact us on [email protected]. You can also access our helpful online resources here.

Around one in four of us will experience mental ill health at some point in our lives. Our training enables organisations to reduce rising stress levels, tackle anxiety and address depression – making your workplace healthier and cutting sickness absence rates.

If your teams are getting their emotional needs met, they can truly perform, adding more value and improving the bottom line of your organisation.

For a FREE initial consultation call us on 01284 338811 or email [email protected].
