Where are you based?

Our registered head office is 26 High Road West, Felixstowe, IP11 9JB. We also have offices in Bury St Edmunds and Saxmundham and provide services across Suffolk. 

When are you open? 

Our 0300 111 6000 number is available Monday – Thursday, 9am – 4.30pm and Fridays, 9.30am – 1pm.

What can you do for me? 

We offer services to support your mental health alongside advice, information, signposting and support.

Can I talk to someone today? 

You can call our 0300 111 6000 number between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday – Thursday, and 9.30am and 1pm on Fridays.

Does your information come in other formats?

There’s a large library of leaflets available in various languages, large print and braille from Mind National.

Is your building accessible to all? 

Yes we have disabled access to most public areas. If you have any particular needs or concerns please call 0300 111 6000 to discuss in confidence.

Donating - I'd like to give you a donation. How can I do that? 

You can make an online donation here. If you would like to make a bank transfer, please email [email protected] for details.  

You can also make a donation via cheque, made payable to Suffolk Mind and sent in the post or delivered to our Felixstowe Office: Suffolk Mind, Caretakers House, 26 High Rd West, Felixstowe IP11 9JB.

Please be aware that if you specify ‘Mind National’ instead of ‘Suffolk Mind’  your legacy will be sent to the Mind National in Stratford and will be used to support national campaigns and activities and will not be available for us to use for the benefit people in Suffolk.

Volunteering - How old do I need to be before I can volunteer for you?

People can volunteer for us once they are 18-years-old. Our current opportunities are posted on our volunteering page.

Do you offer work experience? 

Presently, Suffolk Mind do not have the ability to offer short-term work placements. However, we have many volunteering opportunities.
