Take up a challenge

Do good and feel great – challenge yourself and support Suffolk Mind at the same time! You may be planning a team challenge or something more personal, a challenge can be different for all of us. Whether you are thinking of doing a sponsored skydive, a sponsored walk or even committing to giving up a bad habit, we would love to hear from you.

Stuck for ideas?

Here are some of the challenges people have recently undertaken in support of our charity work:

  • Sponsored skydive
  • 3 peaks challenge
  • London to Paris cycle ride
  • London Marathon

Decided on your challenge?

Once you have decided what you would like to do, let us know by emailing fundraising@suffolkmind.org.uk. We will then get in touch to see what resources may be helpful to support you with your challenge.

You may then like to set up a giving page, we currently use Charity Choice and Virgin Money Giving.

You can also download a sponsorship form here.

RED January 2019                                                                               In January our CEO Jon Neal took part in RED January, running every day in support of our Healthy Minds Counselling Bursary fund.  Jon is committed to taking part again next year and is hoping that lots of other people will get involved too. Click here to read more about Jon’s challenge this year.

This time last year I wouldn’t have imagined I’d be doing it, but I would certainly recommend it if you’re not currently active. It’s a great way to motivate yourself to get a little fitter, it’s very good for combatting the ‘January blues’ and it’s a brilliant way to raise a little money for Suffolk Mind.

If you would like to register your interest in an event, talk through any ideas with us or suggest other events and challenges that we could add to our list please do get in touch – email fundraising@suffolkmind.org.uk or call 01394 330823.
