Help us to be there to support mental wellbeing
Suffolk Mind is responsible for securing our own funding and there are a number of ways you could help us to continue to be here for when people need us.
We are grateful for all donations. No donation is too small and no donation is wasted. All donations greatly help to support our work in promoting mental wellbeing for people in Suffolk, and to better support people in the communities that we live.
Cheque - If you
prefer to send in a donation by post please make your cheque payable to Suffolk
Mind and post it to:
Suffolk Mind, Quay Place, Key Street, Ipswich IP4 1BZ
Standing order - Just contact your bank and tell them you would like to set up a standing order (not a direct debit)
Gift Aid - By adding Gift Aid to your donation, it means that for every £1 you give, the Inland Revenue will give Suffolk Mind an extra 25p and it doesn't cost you a penny! You can download a form here and send in to us at Suffolk Mind, Quay Place, Key Street, Ipswich IP4 1BZ alternatively please call us on 0300 111 6000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org

(You understand that you must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the tax year at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs you donate to, will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. You understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify).
If you would like sponsorship forms to help you to raise funds for us then please get in touch and we can email or post these to you.

Payroll Giving Scheme
If your employer operates a Payroll Giving Scheme you can nominate us to receive a set amount each month which comes out of your gross salary. You are then taxed on the rest – so you actually save yourself a bit of money whilst being generous to others!
If your employer doesn't yet offer Payroll Giving, ask them to start!
