Services
Suffolk Mind Partnership offers a range of services to help improve the mental health and wellbeing of people across the region.
The Suffolk Mind Partnership is newly formed by West Suffolk Mind and East Suffolk Mind who have decided that by working closely together we can help people in the county better. We are in the process of making sure all our services are available across the county, many of them now are but there are still some which are only provided in the East or the West. It will say if this is the case.
Advice & Information
Direct Access Information, Advice and Support These sessions provide an opportunity for people to access the service to get information, seek advice, and be provided with support on mental health issues. Individual appointments can be offered for specific interventions including support planning, advice and information.
Caring for the Carers
West Suffolk Mind provides a worker, between the hours of 8am to 10pm, Monday to Friday, who offers support to adult carers supporting someone living in the community who is suffering mental health difficulties.
Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
This service offers an easy to use self-help computer delivered programme which has been developed to help people cope with symptoms of anxiety and depression. No IT knowledge is necessary.
Counselling

Employment Advice and Support

These groups put you in contact with others experiencing the same kind of problems. By meeting together people gain mutual support for each other. These groups are led by a trained facilitator.
Supported Housing
