Peer Support Network (PSN) - Course Details

What is a PSN course like?

PSN teachers are trained to support you to work on feelings and issues that are important to you. The teaching style is informal, and while everyone’s experience and situation is treated with respect, there is often lightness and laughter as the group learns and grows together.

We teach you the PSN method and way of working. You get a handout that covers all the course material. We encourage you to keep a personal record of your progress. You do not need to take notes unless you want to.

The most important part is your own experience of trying things out and learning by doing. We show you how helping yourself is the best way to help others.

What will the 3 day course cost me?

The course is fully funded which means there is no financial cost to you. All you need to invest is your time, energy and commitment.

I am interested. What do I do next?
