This month sees the launch of Friends of Suffolk Mind, an exciting new project to help us spread our message across Suffolk and make our county the best place in the world to talk about and take care of mental health.
On Sunday 9 October, 2-4pm at Ipswich Library, children aged 6-11 can bring their dad (or your grandad, a male relative or carer) and sit down and listen to interactive storytelling.
