Help us to be there to support mental wellbeing
Each month Suffolk Mind holds a free information session at Quay Place in Ipswich based on an emotional need. This month is all about respect and the evening session explores respect within family relationships.
If your children are sometimes spirited and their behaviour sometimes challenging, the information given may help you to communicate better with them. Better ways to communicate help promote emotional health, wellbeing and good behaviour, and reduces stress levels at the same time!
