Support Worker/Trainee Support Worker (Kelsale, Saxmundham)

37 hours per week; weekend rotas, some bank holidays and sleep-in shifts

Salary: £16,200 - £18,630 per annum plus sleep-in payments

We are looking for an individual with proven skills and experience with a 'can do' attitude and a genuine interest in supporting people to manage their recovery and maximise their lifestyle opportunities.  An integral part of the team you will be a good communicator and be able to relate to people in a supportive and organised manner.

Knowledge of supported housing, social care and/or previous experience in a similar field would be desirable, however, there is an opportunity to learn on the job and gain experience as a Trainee Support Worker (starting salary £15,500pa).

Quay Place Administrator (Ipswich)

22.2 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8.30am - 1pm
Salary: £14,500 - £16,675 pro-rata per annum

Quay Place are looking for an experienced administrator to provide support to Quay Place, manage the room booking software, handle enquiries and co-ordinate and supervise the administration apprentice.

We are looking for a flexible, positive, can do administrator, who is happy to meet and greet people on the reception desk on one day and then be taking minutes the next.  You must have excellent communication skills and have experience of organising events and welcoming the general public.  You will help and manage the volunteer rota and working with the team at Quay Place, ensure that the building is set up correctly ready for events/room bookings and adequate staff and volunteers are available to open and close.

You will have experience of administration management, have worked in a commerical setting with a good standard of general education and a secretarial/administrative qualification.  Ideally, you will have local knowledge of Ipswich and have an interest in Health, Wellbeing and Social Care.
