We provide a night time support line from Thursday to Sunday, providing listening time, support, information and practical advice to people experiencing severe mental illness.
You will have excellent people skills, have at least 2 years' experience supporting people with mental health issues, comfortable working with challenging telephone calls, ability to use your own initiative but able to ask for help when needed, good computer skills including database experience and confident emailing and texting.
