Employment Services

Suffolk Employment Care
Employment Services are available across Suffolk.

This service was developed as part of Suffolk Mind’s Healthy Mind Centre to provide employment support in the work place with problems such as bullying, stress at work or with returning to work after sick leave.  We also offer motivation and guidance for people wanting to change job, career, return to work, education or volunteering following a period of mental ill health.

Our service provides practical advice with CV writing, application forms, job search, interview techniques and supports you all the way back into work.  We will assist you for as long as you need.  We can also support you when you would like to start a business and can help you to find different options to get started.

Access to this service is through IAPT, call 01473 296110 or 01284 733100.  Our Advisor will work with you over time to develop your employability, to gain increased confidence and self-esteem.  This is normally done as a one to one but we do also provide employment workshop groups.

If you have reached a time in your life that is right for you to move on with your career, go back into the work place, our Employment Service will offer the support needed to help you succeed.
