Help us to be there to support mental wellbeing
These groups are organised and facilitated by service users and participants benefit from the exchange of mutual support. The groups enable service users to build the skills and confidence needed to take control of their own recovery.
These groups have been initiated by people using mental health services in Suffolk who take responsibility for the groups themselves. Some Peer Support Groups take place at Community Wellbeing venues whilst others take place in community venues such as libraries, community centres and church halls.
